About me
Autumn is the clinical director at Therapy with Autumn, LLC and is also a LMFT-S, LPC, LCDC. She has extensive knowledge and experience supporting children, teens, and parents. Her childlike heart allows her to see others in a way where they feel deeply understood and leave her presence knowing they too matter. She is gifted in the art of helping her clients discover clarity in areas that once seemed obscure. This clarity provides vision that allows them to understand their world in a deeply profound way while giving them the confidence to make changes in their lives. This is empowerment. Her history of coaching, being a collegiate athlete, working with children in CPS care, supporting teens, families and adults within the recovery journey of co-occurring disorders and addiction gives her a deeper understanding of areas you may encounter as a new clinician. No matter your education, experience, or personal background, Autumn can help strengthen your understanding of therapeutic interventions for practical application with your client's.
