2025 Annual TAMFT Conference: Shaping the Future: Advancing Relationships Through Systemic Advocacy
This year’s conference is dedicated to grounding Texas MFTs and friends of the field in systemic theory and practice. Our workshops and keynote speakers will be intentionally curated to invigorate and challenge the unique minds of systemic thinkers.
This annual conference, coupled with the ongoing tradition of Day at the Dome, will allow TAMFT members to connect with local legislators and advocate for bills and policies that directly impact the mental health of families and the systems we serve.

About me

Leila Anderson, LMFT-S, LCDC is a systemic therapist, supervisor, leader and educator who has worked with clients suffering from addiction and mental health in treatment centers, correctional facilities, psychiatric hospitals, and agencies for over a decade. She specializes in blending cutting-edge therapy techniques with tried-and-true approaches to mental healing and wellness. When she's not at work, Leila enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, playing games, and reading. Leila is the Executive Director of Ava Recovery Center near Austin, Texas and the owner of Oleander Counseling & Consulting.
